Eric was named the U.S. Small Business Administration's 2006 San Diego District Financial Services Champion of the Year.

Eric has presented seminars on manufacturing accounting systems, U.S. and international taxation. He has written and published articles on U.S. international tax incentives and cross-border conferences.

Eric is currently the Chairperson of the International Trade Advisory Board of North County Chamber Association, and the Hong Kong Association – San Diego Chapter. He was the 2002 and 2003 Chairperson of the California Society of CPA's Global Opportunities Task Force - San Diego Chapter. Appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Eric is a member of the San Diego Area District Export Council. He is a member of California Society of CPA's, American Institute of CPA's, and American Production and Inventory Control Society. He received his bachelor degree in accounting and master degree in financial management from Pace University.

Mark has experience in assisting clients to develop strategic initiatives for growth and/or the succession of their businesses inclusive of facilitating the raising of equity, sub debt and senior financing.

Mark is also responsible for overall management of all aspects of client engagements including audits, reviews and compilations of annual financial statements, tax return preparation and tax advisory services, financial forecasts and budgeting.

Mark graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accounting and minor in Psychology. Mark is a CPA (licensed in Ohio and California), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mark is a Board member of the Association for Corporate Growth, San Diego Chapter and Member and past president of the ACG Cleveland, Ohio chapter.
