What can we do for you?
Accounting and Audit
Financial Reporting
We approach financial reporting with your objectives in mind.
What are the needs of third-party users of your financial statements?
How can your financial statements best be presented, with ease of interpretation, to third parties?
What are your management information needs?
What pertinent trends or facts are discernible through our analysis?
What level of service is appropriate: audit, compilation or review?
An audit, the most intensive examination of your company's financials, involves statistical sampling, testing of records, internal and external confirmation of data, and analysis of your accounting and management control. It results in an independent opinion on your company's financial statements.
A less detailed examination, a review, includes looking for unusual items or trends and compares your company's financial status to other companies in the same industry. The review report expresses the limited assurance that no material changes are needed in the financial statements for them to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
A compilation includes a reading of your financial statements and ascertaining that they are presented in the proper format. The compilation report states that the financial statements are the representation of management, that the statements have not been audited or reviewed, and that no opinions or other form of assurance has been expressed.
No matter which level of service is required, our professionals provide analysis and interpretation of your financial statements to assure you the soundest advice.
