International Trade Advisory Board |
The San Diego International Trade Advisory Board is comprised of professionals who work with businesses that are involved in international trade. The members include lawyers, accountants, bankers, a representative from the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the San Diego World Trade Center, transportation specialists, etc.
The Board meets on the first Thursday of every month to network, discuss current international business issues, explore ways to assist businesses with their market expansion, and other international trade requirements. Round tables are held periodically, when international trade related business executives are invited to meet with our group and special presentations are made by industry experts.
Breakfast Meetings:
Our breakfast meetings are held at 7:45AM on the first Thursday of every month at National University’s Carlsbad campus. It lasts till 9:15AM.
There are usually three 5-minute speeches by our group members about what's new with their industries and businesses, and a 20-minute keynote presentation by an industry specialist. There will be brief announcements.
Donuts, muffins, and coffee are served. It is an informal, fun setting for getting acquainted, exchange of ideas and business information, and camaraderie. Directions to National University’s Carlsbad campus are:
